Charlene Light is not only one of my agents here at Light Realty & Associates, she is also my wife. Here is some information about her. She is a native Floridian born and raised in Manatee County. She has watched the area develop from pasture land, farms, and groves, into the beautiful communities that we have here today.
After 26 plus years she retired from Verizon and joined me at Pruett Builders as a New Home Consultant. Now she is working as a Realtor for Light Realty & Associates, Inc. serving the Gulf Coast of Florida for Real Estate Home Buying and Selling Needs.
Charlene's real estate experience like mine started in the late 1970's and includes New Construction, Resale, Relocation Experience, Providing Residential Services to Domestic and International Clients. Residential Sales: Acreage, Condominiums, Luxury Estates, Penthouses, Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Villas.
We have been married for 37 years, have two grown sons (Jeff and Jared), two daughter-in-laws (Sonya and Ellen), and three beautiful granddaughters (Kailee, Ava, and Elisha).
