Jack Nicklaus has designed a Signature Golf Course in association with Tony Jacklin, with an adjoining residential community that mirrors the ideals of Ryder Cup competition. It’s a course that celebrates the level of sportsmanship inherent in Jack Nicklaus’s concession at Royal Birkdale. The Concession Golf Club & Residences encompasses 1,200 acres with 236 homesites. The master plan for The Concession called for preservation of the natural environment. The Signature golf course has been designed for tournament play and will be scheduled as a host site for future tournaments.
