Heritage Harbour and Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club
Heritage Harbour is a master planned community on the Florida's West Coast with a prime riverfront location. The property encompasses 2500 acres with over 200 acres of islands within the Manatee River. The property is ideally situated at the northeast corner of I-75 and State Road 64 at Exit 220. The community is only minutes to the interstate North to Tampa or South to Venice. The neighborhoods are Grande Harbour, Fairway Greens, Bayport, and Harbour Cove.
Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Stoneybrook Golf Course at Heritage Harbor an 18-hole, par 72 course designed by top course designer Arthur Hills plays through a landscape of mature woods, wetland preserves, ponds and lakes. The neighborhoods are Royal Harbour, Golden Harbour, Stone Harbour, and Lighthouse Cove.

The Meadows Country Club
The Meadows Country Club community features a wide range of neighborhoods over a 1650 acre setting including garden homes, villas and single-family homes. This community includes lakes, waterways, and preserve areas. As you wind through the roads of the Meadows, there are miles of sidewalks and bike trails, as well as a fitness trail.
Centrally located in the community is The Meadows Shopping Village. The Groves golf course is open to the public.

Palm Aire Country Club
Palm Aire Country Club's claim to fame is that televised golf held its first national program at the famous Champions course when the club was called DeSoto Lakes Country Club. You can walk in the footsteps of golfing legends. Enjoy the beauty and challenge of the two superb 18-hole championship golf courses. The Lakes and The Champions courses are ranked among the best in Florida by Golfweek Magazine. There are five tee box locations on each tee to accommodate every level of play. The club includes a driving range with 24 grass hitting locations. Famed architect, Joe Lee, designed the Lakes Course, and world renowned architect, Dick Wilson, designed the Champions course. Peridia Golf & Country Club
The Peridia Golf and Country Club includes 649 home sites and condominiums and is located on State Road 70, three miles west of Interstate 75.
Peridia Golf Course is an Executive Golf Course that is member owned. Peridia is a par 60, 3,344 yard course sitting on 60 acres of land. The greens were completely renovated in 2002 and meet the USGA specifications.
As a semi-private Club, non-members are encouraged to use the golf course and restaurant. Golf outings and special dining events are always welcome at The Terrace On The Green restaurant, a full service food and beverage facility.

River Strand Golf and Country Club

River Wilderness Golf and Country Club is a private, member-owned Club located in the Sarasota/Manatee County area. The Club borders the north shore of the historic Manatee River just off Interstate 75. It is convenient to both Sarasota and Tampa Bay commercial, retail and entertainment areas, yet it is a secluded (gated with 24 hour guard) golf and boating community.
The amenities available include a 27,000 square foot clubhouse, an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course situated on 150 acres designed by world renowned golf course architect Ted McAnlis is rated as one of Florida’s Top Fifty courses by Florida Golfer Magazine. Rivé Isle Golf and Nautical Estates
Rivé Isle is a unique gated island community with direct boating access to the Gulf of Mexico.The community has 178 estate homesites planned. The River Lodge is available to residents with outdoor cooking and kayaking. The residents have the option to become members of the River Wilderness Golf & Country Club and use of the club facilities. Tara Golf & Country Club
Tara Clubhouse
In July of 1997 the golf course and club operations were turned over to the membership by the developer. Tara Golf & Country Club is a private member owned golf course and clubhouse. The neighborhood includes single-family homes, veranda-style condos, and multi-storied terrace condos with elevator access, and ultimately paired villas.The golf course is a 6,800 yard, 18-hole par 72 championship golf course. Country Club membership was mandatory and was included with each lot or parcel.
The 1,100 acre site is situated west of Interstate 75 and south of State Road 70 in Bradenton, Florida (Manatee County).

The Preserve at Tara
Features Ted McNalis' newest par 72, championship golf course. Small streams, isolated wetlands and mature oaks create a natural dramatic background. The Preserve is a semi-private course and owners can join the club at an additional cost. The community is similiar to Tara Golf and Country Club which is a Private Club and the majority of the homes include deeded equity memberships to the club.

University Park Country Club
As you drive through the guard gates and wind your way along the golf course you will appreciate the lush tropical foliage. University Park offers a multitude of home choices: estate homes on the golf course, maintenance free patio homes, single family homes overlooking a lake or preserve, or condominiums. Each neighborhoods has its own distinguishable entrance.

The Club is private but also permits limited non-member access to the golf course.
